Mid-Plains Land & Realty takes the health and safety of each of our clients, and their property, very seriously. Each of us have a responsibility to change our business practices to help reduce the spread of Covid-19. Mid-Plains Land & Realty, and its agents, are doing our part too.

We ask that anyone currently experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, loss of taste or smell, or sore throat wait until the symptoms have passed, and you have been cleared for the COVID-19 virus before attempting to view a property.

If you have experienced any of these symptoms but wish to view a property, we provided a video tour with many of our listings. You can view each property's video by going to our Listings page and clicking on the property you are interested in.

For anyone wishing to physically view a residential property, we ask that an appointment for the viewing be scheduled 48 hours prior to the viewing. During the scheduling you will be asked if you, family members, or friends have displayed any symptoms of Covid-19. This same screening will also take place prior to entering the residential property.

During your first viewing we also request that only the direct buyers enter the residential property so that we can limit the number of people interacting with the seller's property. Arrangements for friends and family members to also view the property can be accommodated on scheduled follow up viewings.

Mid-Plains Land & Realty appreciates your cooperation until the concerns of the COVID-19 virus has passed.
